PLASTIC ROMANCE – YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I FEEL is a speculative animated music video introducing the narrative and visual universe of an upcoming original series. The film centers on Plastic Romance, a fictional AI-generated band whose music and story drive the project.
The narrative follows two main characters, Mateo and Kaz, on a late-night drive through a quiet town. After stopping to dance in a deserted plaza, their impromptu session attracts the attention of a frustrated local sheriff, triggering a lighthearted and chaotic chase.
Conceived as a cinematic proof of concept, the project was created for the Dreamina Contest to secure Seedance credits and pave the way for producing the series' official pilot episode.
The production leveraged a hybrid workflow, combining generative AI tools for concept design, character consistency, and video generation with a traditional post-production pipeline for storyboarding, editing, and final composition.
